Alpine Meadows is a lovely ski community located a couple miles from Squaw Valley. This quieter community is made up of mostly second homes. Alpine Meadows is comprised of older homes built in the 1960s as well as brand new homes and a few vacant lots.
Bear Creek is a very desirable neighborhood located within Alpine Meadows and some homes are located right on the beautiful creek that rages in the Spring. Homes located in Bear Creek have an onsite property manager for snow clearing included in their HOA as well as access to a private swimming pond.
