Northstar
Northstar-at-Tahoe is another very exciting community in the Tahoe Truckee area. There are quite a few smaller developments and neighborhoods that make up Northstar. The Village at Northstar is the happening place! Many restaurants and shops surround a large courtyard that features an ice skating rink in the winter and events all year long. The ski hill is just a couple minutes walk from the court yard and some properties have ski-in, ski-out access!
There are also neighborhoods comprised of single family homes located in Northstar. Many are located near the golf course and have incredible views of Martis Valley and the surrounding mountains.
Other developments at Northstar include The Hyatt, The Highlands, The Village Walk Condos, The Village at Northstar Condos, and the Ritz-Carlton Club Residences. The Ritz-Carlton is anticipated to be completed in November 2009 and will be Tahoe’s first 5 star resort.
Amenities at Northstar are dependent upon what part of the community the property is located. Some of the older properties have an HOA with access to the fitness club, golf course, swimming pools, & tennis courts. Homeowners at The Highlands and the Village Walk Condos have the opportunity to purchase a membership with the Tahoe Mountain Club.
