Prosser Area
Prosser is another local favorite located just a few miles north from Truckee. This heavily treed area has a very private and mountain feel while being within a close proximity to town. Some homes here have gorgeous lake and mountain views.
Prosser Reservoir is a big draw for homeowners in this area. The lake provides year round activities from boating, fishing, mountain biking, and hiking in the summer months and snowshoeing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling in the winter.
Prosser Woods Estates is a newer development in the area with large lots starting at 5 acres. Homes in Prosser Lake Heights are located on half acre plus parcels and many properties have views of Prosser Reservoir.
